We love a good narrative in a collection, and Coach has weaved a rich story rooted in the american winter. The palette of deep oranges, reds and blacks, as well as the clever lookbook imagery, makes us feel we are watching a seventies thriller. It is essentially luxe outerwear for the fall and winter, thus answers the brief (which is often missed by most labels). British designer Stuart Vevers moved from Loewe to front design at Coach, in an effort to thrust the label into global spotlight. And it's working. We'd like to star in this movie.
