Burberry and Asos win at Internet Retailing Awards
Burberry and ASOS scooped a double award win at last night’s Internet Retailing Awards 2013 sponsored by Venda, at Sushi Samba at The Heron Tower in London. The awards celebrated the success of the ecommerce retail sector and awarded the names that are motivating the industry with their innovative solutions to driving sales. Burberry scooped two awards for creating the most inventive and inspirational retail solution. The Judges determined that Burberry’s digitally-inspired flagship store had created an integrated, inspiring brand environment that had set the standard against which other brands are compared.
ASOS took home the International gong. Sponsored by MetaPack the award recognises the importance of success overseas with Judges determining that ASOS had not only been a pioneer of international expansion but had sustained that growth while increasing capability.
