Chanel’s Dark Side
Launching in September, Coco Noir is inspired by Coco’s connection to Venice, the city she used to frequent during the 1920’s. The scent is the third in the Coco franchise, joining 1984’s Coco and 2001’s Coco Mademoiselle. Created by Chanel’s master perfumer Jacques Polge to represent Coco Chanel’s love of the “dazzle of black and Venice”. Grapefruit, rose, narcissus, bourbon vanilla and white musk frankincense are among its many ingredients.
