Filippa K is the go-to brand for easy, sophisticated and understated chic. S/S 13 was not a big departure from what has brought the brand 600+ retailers worldwide and a turnover of 55 million Euro. The highlights for spring include the fluid, elegant calf length skirts, and long, lean silhouettes in sheer and luxurious fabrics. As usual there were was a great mixture of femininity and sharp masculine tailoring. In many ways Filippa K is the epitome of how Swedish design is perceived on an international level. And it’s clear to see that the brand will continue to focus on it’s restrained modernity as it bids to become a truly global luxury brand.
